EVENTS

The premises and spaces of the Ambassador's Residence in the Embassy of Italy in London are available for temporary use, for interested public or private subjects wishing to carry out commercial, cultural, social, promotional activities and scientific events. The proposed activities, subject to prior approval by the Embassy, cannot in any case be contrary to current legislation, public order and morality, nor be likely to damage the name and image of the Republic of Italy, of the United Kingdom and of the institutions of both countries.

The amount of charges due for the aforementioned services is established according to the Regulation n. 2/2020 of the Embassy of Italy in London. SPONSORSHIP

The Embassy of Italy in London organizes economic, cultural and scientific events to promote the Italian presence in the United Kingdom.

The Embassy invites public and/or private organisations to express their interest in sponsoring such activities (that include the celebrations for the Italian National Day and the Venice Seminar for British journalists.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to promote their brand, image or other relevant features, in accordance with the provisions that will be agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement. Further information is available in this public notice.

Expressions of interest should be sent to the Embassy of Italy in London via email (Subject: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR SPONSORSHIP) to ambasciata.londra@esteri.it (cc'd to amm.amblondra@esteri.it). Kindly follow the instructions in the public notice and attach the declaration in lieu of an affidavit and the data-protection statement.
