The meeting was also attended by Riad Hijab, General Coordinator of the High Negotiating Committee (HNC) and representative of the Syrian opposition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The London Ministerial meeting was held at a critical moment in the Syrian crisis, following up on the meetings of 9 May in Paris and 19 July in London.
