The meetings take place in an informal setting, based on the \u201cChatham House Rule\u201d.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>At the presence of over 40 journalists, the Ambassador of Italy to the United Kingdom, <STRONG>Pasquale Q. Terracciano<\/STRONG>, opened the working session, which was structured in three panels:<\/P><br \/>\n<P>-The first centred on economic matters, was introduced by the Chancellor of Ca\u2019 Foscari, <STRONG>Prof. Michele Bugliesi<\/STRONG>, and featured talks by <STRONG>Paolo Gentiloni MP<\/STRONG>, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and <STRONG>Claudio Descalzi<\/STRONG>, CEO of the Italian energy group eni.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>-The second one, which focused on \u201cReform process in Italy: justice reform to improve the business environment\u201d, saw <STRONG>Andrea Orlando MP<\/STRONG>, Minister of Justice, as key note speaker, <STRONG>Prof. Carlo Carraro<\/STRONG> and <STRONG>Mario P. Chiti<\/STRONG>, Professor of European Administrative at the University of Florence, as discussants.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>-The third one, focused on \u201cReform Process in Italy: Labour market reform for competitiveness and growth\u201d, was highlighted by a dialogue between <STRONG>Giuliano Poletti<\/STRONG>, Minister for Labour and Social Policy, <STRONG>Giovanni Soccodato<\/STRONG>, Finmeccanica Vice-President for EVP strategy, Marketing and Business Development, and <STRONG>Tommaso Nannicini<\/STRONG>, Professor of Political Economy at Bocconi University and Economic Adviser to the Italian Prime Minister.<\/P><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The twentieth edition of the Seminar for the British media took place in Venice on 30-31 January 2015 at Ca\u2019 Foscari University of Venice.
