He explained that this was one of the many cultural and artistic events that the embassy holds on a regular basis, many of which focus examine the links between art and business, promoting the economic and reputational impact of the artistic sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">He explained that spatialism was a major movement in post-war Italian art, and that it introduced the innovative concept of three-dimensional space in painting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The speakers, <strong>Giovanni Gasparini<\/strong>, director of the MSc in art, law and business at <strong>Christie\u2019s Education London<\/strong>, and <strong>Giovanna Nicoletti<\/strong>, a curator and art critic, moderated by <strong>Federica Beretta<\/strong>, director of Opera Gallery London, discussed spatialism\u2019s revolutionary approach and the growing success of the movement in recent decades, particularly in the UK. Nicoletti described the journey that led <strong>Lucio Fontana<\/strong> to develop the new language of spatialism, while Gasparini spoke about the dynamics of the art market and explored why spatialist works are so highly sought after by international collectors.
