London, 17 November 2025 – The Italian Embassy in London has launched a new series of events dedicated to innovation and start-ups with a seminar on artificial intelligence, titled “The Age of AI”. The series, called “The Pulse of Progress. Italian Ideas that Transform, is organised in collaboration with TechItalia Lab, a leading London-based network for Italian start-ups in the UK, and the ICE office in London.

Following the panel, a fireside chat between Pier Paolo Mucelli, founder of TechItalia Lab, and Luca Cartechini, founder of Shopcircle, highlighted the growth journey of a start-up born from Italian talent and vision, which in just four years has attracted over $100 million in investment thanks to the adoption of AI-based solutions.

During the evening, founders of emerging innovative companies presented their projects to a large audience of businesses and investors.

The Ambassador also announced that the next events in the series will take place in 2026 at Casa Italia on Buckingham Gate, the new headquarters housing the Embassy, ICE, and the Italian Cultural Institute, designed as a showcase for Italian design, art, and creativity worldwide.
