Sponsorship
As part of its institutional activities, the Embassy of Italy in London organises a wide range of events aimed at promoting Italy’s economic, cultural, and scientific interests in the United Kingdom, including the celebrations for Italy’s National Day and the Venice Seminar for British journalists. The Embassy invites public and private organisations to express their interest in sponsoring such activities.
Sponsors will have the opportunity to promote their brand, image or other relevant features, in accordance with the provisions that will be agreed upon in the sponsorship agreement. Further information is available in this Sponsorship Notice.
Expressions of interest should be sent to the Embassy of Italy in London via email to amm.amblondra@esteri.it, with the subject “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST IN SPONSORSHIP”. Kindly follow the instructions in the Sponsorship Notice at the link above and attach the following documents, completed and signed:

Events
The Embassy of Italy in London’s premises and spaces within the Chancery, located at “Casa Italia”, and the Ambassador’s Residence are available for temporary use, for public or private subjects wishing to hold commercial, cultural, social, promotional activities and scientific events.
The proposed activities, subject to prior approval by the Embassy, must not violate legislation, public order or morality, and must not be likely to damage the name and image of the Republic of Italy, the United Kingdom or the institutions of both countries.
The fees for hiring the Chancery spaces are determined in accordance with the provisions set out in the following regulations for the Chancery and for the Ambassador’s Residence.
