EMERGENCY NUMBER
THE EMERGENCY NUMBERS OF THE ITALIAN CONSULATES ARE DEDICATED EXCLUSIVELY TO ITALIAN NATIONALS AND FOR REAL EMERGENCY SITUATIONS (serious injuries, arrests, death, danger to the physical safety of persons and similar).

- Emergency number of the Italian Consulate in Manchester, click here. Consular district: Central and Northern England, Isle of Man.
- Emergency number of the Italian Consulate General in Edinburgh, click here. Consular district: Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- The emergency service operates exclusively during the time slots indicated by each Consular Office. Outside these hours, and exclusively for real emergencies, it is possible to reach the duty officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation: 0039.06.36912666.
Calls for ordinary consular procedures (passports, visas, AIRE, etc.) will NOT be taken into consideration. These can be examined during normal office hours from Monday to Friday at the respective Consulates. PLEASE NOTE: in the event of serious accidents, acute health risks or physical harm and whenever an ambulance, a police attendant or a fire brigade are required, please call the British emergency number 999 immediately.
