A virtual meeting took place yesterday between Ambassador Raffaele Trombetta and representatives of the Italian societies of thirteen British universities.
The event, organised by King’s College Italian Society, is part of a programme that includes visits by the Ambassador to British universities and meetings of Italian students in the UK.
The Ambassador gave an overview of the function and activities of the Embassy and other offices that represent Italian institutions in the UK and answered questions on international current affairs and the diplomatic profession.
