We are very pleased to announce the winners of the ‘Italy Made Me 2023’ award, selected by the Scientific Council of the Embassy from a pool of 30 candidates. The award ceremony will take place on December 7th (from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, with a detailed program to be confirmed) at the Italian Embassy in London (Grosvenor Square, London). During the award ceremony, the 8 ‘Talented Young Italians 2023’ awards (managed by the TYI Association), the 2 ‘Il Circolo Science Award’ prizes, and a scholarship for a Master’s program at Cambridge University (sponsored by Prof. Simona Paravani-Mellinghoff) will also be presented. Following the ceremony, there will be a networking event (drinks and canapés, 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm) hosted by the Ambassador. Sponsors and all the candidates will be invited to this event.
The Italy Made Me award
The annual Italy Made Me award for researchers in the early stages of their career, who are based in the UK and who completed part or all of their studies in Italy. The deadline for applications was 31 August 2023.
