Applications are invited for the Flaiano Prize, now in its 23rd year. The award is for authors of works whose subject is Italian culture and that are published outside Italy between 1 April 2023 and 31 March 2024, either in Italian or in another language. This year there will be an “under 35s” section for works in formats other than books (e.g. short films).
Applicants resident in the constituency of the London Italian Cultural Centre can send their applications to press.icilondon@esteri.it by 31 March 2024, with the following attachments:
- a short biography
- an overview of the book, written in Italian
- a copy of the book in PDF format (or a digital copy of the work, if in another format)
The winners will be invited to the prizegiving ceremony on 30 June in Pescara.
