Italian Culture on the Net (ICoN) is a consortium of 14 Italian universities, established in 1999 to promote Italian language and culture through e-learning and new technologies.
ICoN is offering 10 six-month scholarships (covering the period September 2024 – February 2025) to partially cover the fees for the first semester of the self-directed degree course in Italian Language and Culture, for either the teaching and linguistics pathway or the art, music and performance pathway. Applicants may be Italian or non-Italian citizens, must be resident outside Italy and must meet the university entry requirements.
The scholarship recipients will pay €345 instead of €690 and will then have full access to the online self-directed course. They will also have access to an Italian language course at B2 level.
The deadline for applications is 9 September 2024.
