For many years, the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) has maintained a productive collaboration with the Accademia d’Arti e Mestieri dello Spettacolo Teatro alla Scala, a globally renowned institution in the performing arts sector. This collaboration includes, among other initiatives, the awarding of ministerial scholarships—regulated by a specific agreement between MAECI and the Academy—to international students enrolled in the Global Master in Performing Arts Management (GMPAM). The program aims to train high-level professionals with managerial and economic skills specifically tailored to the live performance industry.
For the 2025-2026 academic year, up to a maximum of 7 six-month scholarships are available (from 1 January 2026 to 30 June 2026). The monthly amount is €1,000. GMPAM scholarship recipients are required to independently obtain health and accident insurance.
