A presentation to the investors of Cogenpower spa took place on 13th October at the Italian Embassy in London. Following Cogenpower’s listing on AIM in Italy, Francesco Vallone (Founder and CEO) is planning for the company listing on London’s AIM. This dual listing will be completed by the end of October.
The Italian Ambassador Pasquale Terracciano emphasised the good economic environment for Italian businesses. Both external factors (favourable currency exchange and low oil price) and internal ones (the on-going process of institutional and economic reforms) mean that financial operators are keeping a close eye on Italy, helping the inner potential of Italian companies emerge.
The CEO Vallone highlighted the incredible efficiency and low environmental impact reached by Cogenpower technologies during the last ten years. He showed the ambition to totally transform the energetic supply of European towns, improving air quality and lowering the bills for a third of European citizens. Martin Groak, Cogenpower’s finance director, together with other advisors and analysts stressed the fact that Cogenpower represents not only a good idea, but also a great business model that is capable of returning profits, thus satisfying both customers and shareholders.
